Makership Labs provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, including but not limited to ContentForge, a content creation platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for recurring subscriptions will be prorated. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use our services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Makership Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using our tools remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makership Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
